Nick Steel 47400bdd8c Use AsyncHTTPClient instead of HTTPClient.

Regarding HTTPClient, Tornado docs state:
"Applications that are running an IOLoop must use AsyncHTTPClient instead."

Also added some HTTP handler tests.
