dcbfce4f8b Add an Alpine Linux-based Docker image 
It gets all it's dependencies (Mopidy, Mopidy-Spotify) from the Alpine
Linux repositories.

For reference the image sizes:
- Debian, 1.49GB
- Alpine, 832MB
